Licensing

The illustrations on this website fall under three main licensing categories and are marked in the Artwork Gallery accordingly.

Free

FREE - Means the image is available for download in JPEG format and free to be used on your website or visual production. Where possible I ask if you could give credits to trevorlution.com for supplying the art. Re-distribution or re-sale of ANY of the artwork on this website through cd, websites or any other digital medium is totally prohibited.

You may not use Trevorlution images on any product where the image itself becomes the primary aspect of the product for resale (for instance, if an image is used on a coffee cup to sell that coffee cup, on a T-shirt to sell that T-shirt, etc.)

Purchase
(Royalty Free)

ROYALTY FREE - The illustrations marked royalty free are covered under a non-exclusive license for you to use on your website or in your visual production. The purchase price is a one time fee and no more to pay. Re-distribution or re-sale through cd, websites or any other digital medium is totally prohibited except when part of a visual production where the artwork is not the sole reason for buying the cd, eg clipart cd's and royalty-free graphics cd's.

You may not use Trevorlution images on any product where the image itself becomes the primary aspect of the product for resale (for instance, if an image is used on a coffee cup to sell that coffee cup, on a T-shirt to sell that T-shirt, etc.)

(Exclusive Rights)

EXCLUSIVE - With an exclusive license you become the sole owner of the artwork. No other copies or licenses are made available prior or post licensing the files. Sold will be marked next to the illustration once an exclusive license has been purchased. Re-distribution of the artwork is permitted.
